With General Insurance you’ll have all the support and great training from the moment you join. You’ll receive five weeks in house training, so previous experience in insurance is a plus, but it’s not essential, as you'll receive all the training you need to reach your full potential.

Working within our Leeds Contact Centre you’ll maximise all inbound sales opportunities for our household general insurance products, putting customer needs at the heart of what you do. You’ll be working a variety of shifts on a rota basis to support our opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm.
