Working within our Leeds contact centre, you’ll be dealing exclusively with customers who have HSBC Advance accounts. These customers pay monthly fees for their accounts, and they expect to get a level of service to match.
So while dealing with a range of enquiries, and matching products and services to people’s needs, you’ll be expected to go above and beyond for your customers.
You must have genuine sales experience. In return, we offer initial and ongoing training and outstanding benefits and bonuses.
