In a nutshell:
This is no ordinary store, but a shiny new Virgin Media store. Which is no ordinary company, but the largest media and entertainment company in the UK. So, you see, this is no ordinary role. You’ll be a pioneer, working a concept store that’s a first in the UK market - selling TV, broadband, phone and mobile services as a package on the high street. And, we’ve got the environment to match. With really cool stuff like a ‘try before you buy’ desk, customer jukebox and plasma screens showcasing TV content, we’ve created a whole new experience for our customers. Which in turn all helps us to continue delivering the great (and award winning) customer service we’re famous for.
What you’ll actually do:
You’ll work as part of a new team, selling our great products to potential customers. We’re looking for the best sales people – full of enthusiasm and with the highest standards of customer service to act as the ambassadors for our brand. It’ll be hard work, but in return you’ll get to work in one of the best environments on the high street, with some great perks to match.
What you’ll need to have:
• Education to at least O’Level / GCSE standard.
• Proven assisted sales experience required.
• A passion for delivering amazing customer service along with great organisational and prioritisation skills.
• An ability to use initiative and make decisions where required.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a confident and friendly personality.
• Excellent time keeping skills and the ability to work under pressure.
